Union is strength——Dejian International held the thoughts exchange meeting

  In order to know our staff’s practical situation and their changes of thoughts,the cooperation organized the exchange meeting for administrators from 10^th to 15^th of May which is a good way to stimulate staff and strengthen our unity.

 At the meeting ,everyone talked about their recent changes of thoughts sincerely, and gave several pieces of advice and opinions to the improvement of the cooperation. Leaders listened to the staff carefully and answered the questions meticulously,as for the questions can not be answered at once,they just discussed after the meeting.The atmosphere is happy which constructed a bridge between staff and leaders.

 Dejian International Cooperation is one of the five parts of Dejian holdings company,which manages all the projects abroad, and the nature of cooperation determine the specialization of work,so thoughts of staff is vitally important.If we can know about their thoughts timely,we can help them to be positive,also that will increase the sense of belonging and loyalty.
