South Sudan Branch Signed the Contract of Juba Radisson Residence Project

At the local time August 8^th, South Sudan branch signed the contract of Construction of Juba Radssion Residence. Currently the construction market in South Sudan is quiet down but the competition is still fierce. However, we never stop making effort to expand our operation. This project is signed after we successfully procured the projects New DPOC HQs Building and PETRONAS Residence Phase 2 in South Sudan. The Juba Radisson Residence is the extension of Juba Radisson Blu Hotel which is international five-star that is also contracted by our company. The project is divided to two phase. The Phase 1 consist of underground parking and apartment of Radisson managing team, Basement+G+3 floors with built-up area of 8000sqm. The 2^nd phase is Radisson Serviced Apartment with 7000sqm built-up area of 7 floors.

After complete the projects, the Radisson Residence and Radisson Blu Hotel will constitute a large hotel complex which will sure be the landmark in the capital city Juba.
