Intensive Compliance and Enhancing Control Dejian International Company Conducts Training on Compliance Management

For the sake of fully implement the company's requirements of enhancing risk compliance awareness, standardizing compliance management, improving risk prevention and control and promoting the healthy development of the company's overseas business comprehensively as proposed at the beginning of the year. From March 4th to 5th, DeJian international company conducted out a special training on compliance management which was attended by all domestic authorities and more than 130 people from foreign institutions and domestic project departments offline and online.

As the beginning, Ms. Zhou Ying, a global tax partner of Deloitte & Touche, and Mr. Liu Zhen, a senior lawyer of Junhe Law Firm, were invited to conduct the training. Ms. Zhou Ying analyzed the financial compliance management system with rich cases and detailed analysis from three aspects: domestic and foreign tax management, financial funds management and daily operation management of foreign companies. Then offered valuable advice; Mr. Liu Zhen explained in detail the comprehensive compliance management system of international engineering from the aspects of culture, system and system construction compliance of overseas companies, project bidding, procurement, contract compliance and compliance management of laws and regulations of host countries.

Through the training, the importance of compliance management has been further strengthened and the cognition of compliance management has been enhanced for the employees in relevant positions, which will play a positive role in promoting the establishment and improvement of the relevant system, risk prevention and control capability of the company.
